Brand thinking
for the real world.
I help businesses make better decisions about how their brand looks, feels, communicates, and behaves in the real world.
Every brand faces the split-second filter.
Customers rarely study a business past a first glance.
In a fraction of a second, they begin deciding whether a brand feels clear, relevant, credible, and worth another moment of attention.
My approach to brand strategy starts there.
Be Seen
Before a customer can understand an offer, the brand has to register. The first signal has to earn attention without becoming noise.
Be Understood
Customers should not have to decode what a business does, who it is for, or why it matters. Clarity keeps the door open.
Build Trust
Every touchpoint communicates something before the customer reads the copy. Design, language, placement, and consistency all shape perceived credibility.
Make the Next Step Easy
Attention is only useful if the customer knows what to do next. Strong brands reduce friction between recognition, understanding, and action.

View Case StudyAbout Me
I didn’t take the straight line into branding.
I came to brand strategy through art, business, hospitality, production, and eventually building businesses of my own.
Art taught me expression. Business taught me context. Hospitality taught me to pay attention to the customer experience. Production taught me that ideas still have to survive real-world constraints. Entrepreneurship tied all of it together by making the consequences of those decisions impossible to ignore.
That mix is why I tend to look beyond the individual deliverable. I’m interested in what a business is trying to communicate, what a customer actually experiences, and how all of those touchpoints can work together as one brand.
Capabilities
Where strategy meets the real world.
I work across the point where business goals, customer perception, creative direction, and execution overlap. The deliverable changes. The job is still to make the brand clearer, more useful, and more effective.
